These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Zech Tech LLC ("Muster," "we," "us") governing your use of the Muster app, its web pages (including business card, meeting, and booking pages), and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You sign in with a Google or Apple account and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. We (and our licensors) retain all rights in the Service. You retain ownership of the content you create or upload; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the Service for you (for example, sending a scan to our AI provider to extract events, or rendering a card page you share).

We may suspend or limit accounts that violate these rules or threaten the integrity of the Service.
Business card pages, meeting invitation pages, and booking pages are served at unguessable links: they are not indexed or listed, but anyone who has the link can open it. You control what information appears on these pages and who you share the links with. Treat a shared link like the content it reveals, and revoke links in the app when you no longer want them accessible. Times shown to invitees are based on availability data you choose to expose (such as free/busy), not your full calendar.
Venue and event suggestions may include booking or ticketing links from partners (for example OpenTable, Viator, or StubHub), and we may earn a commission on purchases made through them. Sponsored placements, if any, are labeled. Suggestions are never ranked by commission. Partner sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Muster uses artificial intelligence to extract events from images and documents, transcribe audio, and generate suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misdated. Verify important details — dates, times, locations, names, amounts — before relying on them. The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
The Service interoperates with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Google Gemini, Apple and Google sign-in, AdMob, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EXTRACTED OR GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZECH TECH LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) US $50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You will indemnify and hold Zech Tech LLC harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights (including recording-consent laws).
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where practicable). Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6–11 and 13) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Owner's state] [TODO: confirm with counsel], United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in that state will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we consent to their venue.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date; material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
