Privacy Policy

Last updated June 10, 2026 · Operated by Zech Tech LLC

Draft — pending legal review

Muster ("the app") is operated by Zech Tech LLC ("we," "us"). Muster turns photos, documents, and voice notes into calendar events, and helps you schedule meetings and manage your professional relationships. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email support@calendarize.app.

1. Information we collect

2. Google user data — Limited Use

Muster's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Calendar data only to provide user-facing features you request — checking your availability and creating events. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, do not transfer it to data brokers or information resellers, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, or as required by law.

3. Advertising

Free users may see interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. At this time we request non-personalized ads only — ads are selected based on context, not on a profile of you, and we do not use the iOS tracking framework. AdMob may collect device information (such as IP address and device identifiers) to serve and measure ads as described in Google's privacy policy. Subscribers to Muster Pro see no ads.

4. Affiliate links

Some venue and event suggestions include booking or ticket links (for example OpenTable, Viator, or StubHub). We may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links. Suggestions are never ranked or selected based on commission, and affiliate partners do not receive your Muster data — tapping a link simply opens the partner's site or app.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the app, under agreements limiting their use of it:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a business transfer (we would notify you of any change in ownership).

6. Sharing you control

Some features publish information at your direction: business card pages, meeting invitation pages, and booking pages are reachable by anyone who has their link. Only share those links with people you want to see that content. You can revoke shared cards and links in the app.

7. Your rights and choices

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit. You have the right to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any right — including "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" requests — email support@calendarize.app.

8. Children

Muster is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to your data in our database is restricted by per-user security rules, and uploaded scan files are deleted after processing. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for least access.

10. Data retention

Account data and content you create are kept while your account is active. Scan uploads are deleted after processing. Analytics events are retained in aggregate form for product improvement. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data except where we must retain it for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date; material changes will be communicated in the app.
